| Services provide and sold by BlueFactor are covered by our Standard Refund Policy, unless otherwise indicated. If a customer is not satisfied with any services provided by BlueFactor, under our Standard Refund Policy of 30 days a refund will be issued. After 30 days of services rendered of the original invoice date no refund will be issued. BlueFactor is only responsible for Services performed by a Technician no parts or equipment charges are BlueFactor responsibility. Any equipment purchased, the client must deal with the equipment’s manufacture for any warranty issues. |
